Megan is a Principal Associate in the Glasgow real estate team with a wide range of commercial property experience acting for landowners, investors, developers, landlords and tenants. 

She has a broad experience in buying and selling investments properties and acting for both landowners and developers in a range of commercial property development, including energy and strategic land projects. She works closely with other teams to facilitate financing and reorganisation arrangements. Megan also has extensive experience in representing both landlord and tenant clients in ongoing asset management transactions. 

Megan joined Shoosmiths' real estate practice in 2023.
