Moleboheng Mokoena is a Senior Associate at ENS in the Insolvency, Restructuring and Business Rescue practice.

Moleboheng specialises in business rescue, dispute resolution and insolvency. She has expertise in business rescue, having acted for various clients in a range of sectors and/or industries, in respect of placing companies under business rescue, as well as representing the creditors and of companies under business rescue and insolvency proceedings. In this regard, she has experience in meetings of creditors, formal inquiries into the affairs of companies in liquidation, drafting liquidation and proof of claim affidavits on behalf of creditors and litigation in business rescue proceedings. Her experience includes advising clients on these aspects.

In addition, Moleboheng’s experience also includes assisting clients in matters proceeding in the High Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court, having acted for various client across different sectors and/or industries, including mining.

Moleboheng is a member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces, South Africa.
