Profile
Nádia is a senior counsel in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice with over 19 years' experience. She advises on all areas related to technology, media and electronic communications.
She has particular experience in electronic communications regulation, consumer affairs, data protection and cybersecurity, information and communications technology law, media and fintech. Nádia advises domestic and international clients in the areas of electronic communications, data protection and cybersecurity, technology contracts, consumer law and has extensive experience in conducting audits.
Her clients come from the electronic communications, mobility, media, technology, banking and finance, and oil and gas sectors, among others.
Nádia is a member of the Portuguese Communications Association, a member of the Supervisory Board of the Angolan Corporate Governance Association, a member of the Advisory Board of the Angolan Association of Internet Providers and a mentor for start-ups within the Founder Institute Luanda. She regularly publishes articles and participates in conferences on topics in the areas of electronic communications regulation, privacy and cybersecurity, and compliance.
Prior to joining PLMJ, Nádia was Global Head of Legal at Angola Cables, Regulatory and Competition Manager at MEO Comunicações, S.A., Legal Counsel at ZON Multimédia, Senior International Consultant at Vieira de Almeida and Of Counsel at Broseta Portugal.
