Profile

Nathan Wagner is an associate in the firm’s Construction Practice Group and has considerable litigation experience.

His experience includes successfully drafting and arguing dispositive motions in federal and state courts, managing litigation caseloads, handling depositions, and researching and preparing appellate briefings.

After law school, Nathan clerked for the Hon. Judge Patrick N. Wilson of the 16th Judicial Circuit Court where he gained knowledge and experience working in criminal and civil proceedings. He earned his J.D. from the West Virginia College of Law (Order of the Barristers), where he won three CALI Awards (top grade) in Jurisprudence, Pre-Trial Litigation, and Energy Markets & Regulation. He also earned his B.A. (summa cum laude) in Political Science from West Virginia University.
