Nathan’s clients primarily operate in the construction and energy sectors, including general and design-build contractors, developers, project owners, subcontractors, modular building manufacturers, and companies involved in exploration, production, and power generation. His extensive experience covers a wide array of projects and facilities, including design-build megaprojects, Texas Department of Transportation initiatives, highways, bridges, toll roads, hydro-electric dams, water treatment and distribution systems, manufacturing plants, permanent modular construction, rapid response and temporary facilities, cryptocurrency data centers, municipal public works projects, educational facilities, and renewable energy projects.

Nathan has played a critical role in multibillion-dollar infrastructure projects, handling all legal aspects from drafting and negotiating construction contracts at all levels to resolving utility conflicts and relocations. His expertise extends to litigation, risk and claims management, and environmental and workplace safety issues. In addition to his focus on construction law, Nathan has significant experience in corporate restructuring, finance, and related litigation.

Beyond his legal practice, Nathan has managed business performance and legal affairs for an international corporate group and its subsidiaries across diverse industries, including investment, transportation, logistics, aviation, oil and gas distribution and exploration, manufacturing, and natural resource and land management.
