Ngozi's main practice areas are- Dispute Resolution, Project financing, Corporate and Commercial law practice, Energy and Natural Resources and Company secretarial.
She is a main player in the team currently advising an international telecommunications company and representing it in over 150 matters involving various aspects of law including taxation, labour/employment, environmental and property claims.
Ngozi has been regularly involved in arbitrations and mediations locally and internationally and is part of the team that successfully represented an IOC in arbitrations and litigations in respect of an offshore oilfield equity re-determination process involving several international oil companies. She is currently the Tribunal Registrar in an arbitration between a ministry of the Federal Government and a Nigerian oil services Company. Ngozi regularly advises local and international clients on dispute resolution issues and represents clients at all all Superior Courts of Record in Nigeria.
