Nicholas von der Lancken is an associate in Dykema's Los Angeles office. He represents clients in product liability, personal injury, and premises liability matters. Nicholas works with domestic and international clients across a broad range of industries, including automotive, manufacturing, technology, consumer products, and professional services.

Before joining Dykema, Nicholas was an associate at a high exposure defense litigation firm representing businesses in matters involving products liability, commercial litigation, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death. His successes include a defense verdict in a premises liability case for a multinational manufacturing company in 2018 and a defense verdict in a premises liability case for a national automotive aftermarket service chain in 2021. While in law school, Nicholas was a legal extern in the Missouri State Public Defender system and served as an intern in the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.
