Oleg advises Russian and foreign companies during purchase and transfer of assets in Russia, participates as the key role in the projects related to accomplishment of a wide range of commercial and financial transactions, investment projects. Oleg advises on corporate issues, including joint venturing and structuring the relations between the shareholders (through implementing shareholders' agreements).
Education
In 2002 graduated from Moscow State University for International Relations (MGIMO), Master of Law degree programme, specializing in international and EU law.
