Profile
Oscar Brandin has been practicing insolvency law since 2000 and has been an official receiver since 2003. Oscar has handled a large number of bankruptcy proceedings and participated in formal reorganization proceedings as well as informal composition with creditors. In addition, Oscar has advised numerous companies in different insolvency matters. Oscar is responsible for the Delphi Linkoping Dispute Resolution group and for more than ten years he has advised a wide range of companies and authorities in courts and arbitration proceedings.
Oscar is Managing Partner of the company's Linkoping and Norrkoping offices.
