Owen E. Salyers is an associate in the firm’s Construction and Government Contracts practice groups.

Prior to joining Bradley, Owen was a law clerk for the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals, where he supported 12 administrative judges with disputes between government contractors and federal civilian agencies under the Contract Disputes Act (CDA), through formal board proceedings and alternative dispute resolution. He has a J.D. (cum laude) from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law, where he was associate editor of the Catholic University Law Review. He also has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (magna cum laude) from Catholic University.
