Pavel Dejl is a partner of KSB. He represents important Czech and foreign clients in competition proceedings before the Czech Competition Authority and the European Commission, as before Czech or EU courts, including the Supreme Administrative Court and the Court of Justice of the EU. In the area of litigation and arbitration, he achieved many significant victories for the benefit of his clients, which had a societal impact both within the Czech Republic and within Europe.

His most significant case is the successful representation of Delta Pekarny before the European Court of Human Rights Rights which was awarded European Competition Case of the Year award in The Lawyer European Awards 2015.
