Petra Attard is a Senior Associate at Mamo TCV Advocates. She graduated Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta in 2011 after submitting a doctoral thesis entitled "Policyholder Protection in the Event of Cessation of Insurance Business and Insurance Intermediaries Activities". Petra furthered her studies at the University of London, where she obtained a Master of Laws degree with a specialization in Insurance Law.

Petra was called to the Maltese Bar, Superior Courts of Malta in 2012. She joined the firm in 2010 as a legal trainee. Petra's main areas of practice include corporate law, insurance regulatory law, compliance, company service providers, and corporate governance.

Acts as company secretary to a number of companies registered in Malta and regulatory assists on matters of corporate and commercial law
Retained to advise a number of leading insurance and reinsurance entities operating in Malta as well as on a cross-border basis, on insurance regulatory matters
