Piergiorgio Picardi focuses his practice on domestic and cross-border banking transactions, including acquisition financing, real estate financing, leveraged buy-out and debt restructuring.

Education
After graduating in Law from the University of Rome in 2006, Piergiorgio attended a post-graduate course in public contracts and project finance.

Professional Activities and Experience
Before his entry into Gianni & Origoni in 2007, Piergiorgio gained experience in the field of structured finance and project finance working at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in London. He also gained experience in the field of corporate law working in the M&A department of the firm.
