Puneet Bhullar is an associate in the Corporate & Business practice group at Greenspoon Marder. She concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, complex financings, critical disputes, equity/debt financings, and joint ventures. Prior to becoming a corporate attorney, Ms. Bhullar practiced commercial and business litigation with a focus on complex commercial disputes.

Ms. Bhullar earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. During law school, she was a law clerk at prominent tax law firms, reviewing and assisting clients with various tax disputes involving offshore tax matters, tax audits, tax liens, property tax, tax fraud defense, and employment tax issues. In addition, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California San Diego.

Prior to becoming a litigator, Ms. Bhullar worked at Goldman Sachs, assisting multiple Private Wealth Management teams. Her experience in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment helped her understand the financial risks and challenges a Fortune 500 company requires.
