Profile
Tom Warburton has always enjoyed being an attorney. He tries cases for both plaintiffs and defendants, often when the stakes are high. Built on a foundation of early experience in the courtroom and mentoring from the best, his practice is both national and local. Similarly, Tom has had the good fortune to try cases of all types across industries and across the country.
In recent years, Tom has been asked by clients to represent them primarily in matters relating to their business relationships and important intellectual property, and he has handled cases involving trade secrets and patents through resolution by trial or settlement. Tom applies experience gained over the years from managing and trying cases across a wide spectrum -- antitrust, business, construction, civil rights, insurance, intellectual property, mineral rights, negligence, product liability, land use, real property, tax, and wrongful termination -- to seek the most efficient and best possible outcomes for his clients.
Tom has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America®, Benchmark Litigation, Super Lawyers, and as a “Top 40 Under 40” in the Birmingham Business Journal, among other publications.
