Rainer Park is an associate in Bradley’s Real Estate Practice Group where he focuses on commercial real estate and lending transactions. He also assists with corporate transactional matters, including entity formations, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to attending law school, Rainer practiced as a licensed CPA with a public accounting firm before joining a business consulting firm where he advised a wide array of clients on business growth strategy.
