Ms. Rand Hannun has joined the firm in 2008. Throughout her career, she has acquired extensive legal knowledge in areas of trade and investment policy, including free zones, investment laws, international trade agreements, trade and economic policy reforms in emerging economies Currently, Ms. Hannun is involved in areas of corporate law, taxation, banking and finance, labor and privatization. Rand has been admitted to the Jordanian Bar Association in 2001, and holds an LL.B. from the University of Jordan, and an LL.M in International Business Law from the University of London.

In particular, Ms. Hannun has effectively participated in some of Jordan's leading reform initiatives for economic development, including Jordan's accession to the WTO, the transformation of Aqaba into a Special Economic Zone, and regulatory support to the newly established Development Zones Commission.
