Romina Diciolla is specialized in labour law and has gained significant experience in all the most important matters of the employment law and of the industrial relations, including restructuring, collective dismissal, outsourcing, agency relationships, pension and benefits and health and safety at work, on both contentious and pre-contentious matters, for Italian and foreign companies.

She was admitted to the Milan Bar and is member of the International Bar Association (IBA).

Education
Romina graduated in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 2007; in 2011 she studied for the LL.M. in “Employment Law and Industrial Relations” at University Statale of Milan. On 2013-2015, she attended the biennal “High Specialization School in Employment Law, Industrial Relations and Social Security” at AGI - Employment Lawyers Association.

Significant Accomplishments
Romina is a member of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI) and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA).
