Ross T. Robinson is a partner in Bradley’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. His practice emphasizes U.S. and foreign patent preparation and prosecution, including preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications, preparation of opinions regarding patent infringement and validity, and client counseling, particularly in the areas of robotics, helicopter and other VTOL aircraft systems, fixed-wing aircraft systems, HVAC equipment, offshore oil-field equipment, electronics, telecommunications, computer systems and networks, and internet applications.

Ross has prepared and prosecuted patent applications covering a wide range of technologies and business sectors in both the U.S. and internationally. His practice emphasizes worldwide patent protection, IP portfolio development and management, patent non-infringement and validity opinions, technology commercialization, and litigation support. He represents a variety of intellectual property owners, including individual inventors, startups, manufacturers, privately held companies, and international corporations.
