Ms. Huang specializes in public and private financings (equity and debt), mergers and acquisitions, corporate establishment and restructuring, and foreign direct investment. She has represented many Chinese and international companies in a wide variety of cross-border transactions in diverse industries such as telecommunications, the Internet, information technology, consumer goods, education, healthcare, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals.

Education
Ms. Huang graduated from Peking University in 2011 with an LL.B. degree and a Bachelor of Economics degree. She also obtained an LL.M. degree in International Economic Law from Peking University in 2013.
