Ms. Liu has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since February 2009, where she specializes in public and private financings (equity and debt), mergers and acquisitions, incorporation and corporate restructuring, foreign direct investment and public offshore offerings.She has represented many Chinese and international companies in a wide variety of cross-border transactions in different industries such as telecommunications, the Internetinformation technology, mineral energy, film, and education. Ms. Liu is knowledgeable ofPRC industry policies, corporate structure, capital operation, financial planning, and investment and project management. Her legal services include assisting clients with their investment strategies, due diligence, drafting legal documents, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.
Before working in Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Liu has worked as a legal assistant and intern for Beijing Broad & Bright Law Firm, Washington Branch of Baker & McKenzieand Credit Union National Association Mutual Group.
