His public finance practice is focused on representing non-profit and governmental entities including schools, cities, counties, and special purpose districts in connection with tax-exempt financing and infrastructure development. He also advises clients on public law matters including open government, elections, and economic development.
Ryan’s real estate experience includes representing buyers, sellers, and developers of land and commercial real estate, as well as leasing and financing transactions.
Representative Experience
- Bond counsel for issuers of general obligation, revenue, and refunding bonds in connection with water and sewer infrastructure, roads, parks, and recreational facilities.
- Bond counsel for special purpose districts obtaining financial assistance through the Texas Water Development Board.
