Sadia is a Senior Associate in our corporate department and provides advice to clients on issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investment and general corporate matters. Sadia has a diverse range of clients, including private companies, owner managed businesses and clients based nationally and internationally.

Sadia obtained her law degree from the Nottingham Trent University and LPC from BPP Law School. Sadia trained at a Nottingham-based firm before joining Shoosmiths in September 2020.

Sadia was the Chair of the Nottingham Junior Lawyers Division for 2023-2024 and is currently a committee member of the Nottingham Professional Services group (a networking organisation for professionals in the East-Midlands region).

Sadia won the Junior Lawyer of the Year 2024 award from the Nottinghamshire Law Society in April 2024.
