Profile
Sam Dearstyne is a litigator who focuses on a variety of complex disputes related to contracts, business torts, product liability, and insurance coverage. He represents clients across a variety of different industries, including manufacturing, construction, and financial services, in both state and federal court, as well as alternative dispute resolution. Additionally, Sam regularly counsels clients on issues pertaining to regulatory compliance and contract drafting.
Prior to joining Bradley, Sam was an intern for the Hon. Robert J. Conrad, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina. He received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he was the managing editor of the North Carolina Law Review.
Sam earned a B.A. (summa cum laude) in Political Science from North Carolina State University.
