Sara is an associate in our BVI dispute resolution and insolvency team. Sara moved to the BVI in 2021 and has since gained BVI litigation experience working on a broad range of disputes including fraud and asset tracing, trust and corporate disputes and insolvency proceedings.

Sara has experience handling claims before the High Court and Business & Property Courts in England and assists the team on claims before the BVI Commercial Court, ECSC Court of Appeal and the Privy Council. Sara has extensive experience advising clients on breach of contract claims, contentious probate, company and shareholder disputes and in obtaining injunctive relief.

Sara trained and qualified as a solicitor to the Senior Courts of England and Wales in March 2017 and practiced in the Dispute Resolution team at Hay & Kilner in Newcastle before joining Carey Olsen.

Sara graduated from the University of Manchester in 2013 with a First Class with Honours Bachelor of Laws Degree, and subsequently obtained her LPC from Northumbria University.
