Sergio Bronstein is a partner at Veirano Advogados. His practice encompasses M&A, corporate governance, private equity, securities, banking and finance. He often represents corporate and banking clients in divestitures and acquisitions and all types of financings, issuers and underwriters in capital markets deals and private equity funds in fund formation and transactional work.

Sergio has extensive experience representing clients in M&A transactions in Brazil and has worked on some of the leading transactions in the region. He has recently represented a large multi national corporation in a number of complex acquisitions and joint ventures in the Brazilian automobile and sector. He has also recently represented a number of private equity and hedge funds in connection with their bids, acquisitions and exits in Brazil, mainly in the pharmaceutical and IT sectors

Sergio is also a VentureCorp with Endeavor, a non governmental organization dedicated to foster entrepreneurship in emerging economies and has been an associate at Veirano since 2001.
