Sharon has broad experience in residential and commercial property matters, including leases and property lendings. She also deals with all licensing matters for retail and hospitality clients.


Sharon acts for a number of local businesses, financial institutions and private clients, including:


Quintain (Guernsey) Limited (a subsidiary of Quintain Estates plc) in its Jersey property work;

Moore Management fund managers in a new 24 year sub-lease of its flagship office premises in Jersey’s new business centre; and

dealing with all the licensing work for The Boat House Group.

Significant Accomplishments

Sharon was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1996 and joined Carey Olsen in January 1997.
