Shoaib Mithani* is a patent agent in Bradley’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. His patent practice emphasizes U.S. and foreign patent preparation and prosecution. Shoaib has extensive experience in patent preparation and prosecution in a wide range of technologies and business sectors. He has drafted and prosecuted patents related to heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, telecommunications, mechanical, electrical and electromechanical devices, including radio and optical communication devices, semiconductors, computer software-based systems. He also has drafted and prosecuted patents in the fields of e-commerce, energy management, operational planning, project work management and administration, medical claims processing, and financial transactions.
