Sibongile Sibeko is an Associate at ENS in the Public Law practice.

Sibongile specialises in public law, administrative law and constitutional law.

Her experience includes advising on various Public Law related matters, including  public procurement, public sector financial management, infrastructure projects, public sector corporate governance and transactions, security industry regulation, as well matters relating to constitutional, administrative law and education law.  Sibongile has further assisted on regulatory matters pertaining to energy, privatization and restructuring and has assisted clients in applying for national ports licenses.

In addition, Sibongile is also experienced in general corporate commercial law and has advised clients in the public and sectors and/or industries.
