Simon Krogh is head of our Private Investment Funds team.
Simon is head of Plesner’s Private Investment Funds team and advises on the structuring, raising and formation of private investment funds, including legal and commercial issues in connection with the operation of such investment vehicles.Simon also advises institutional investors on investments in private investment funds and on co-investments alongside private investment funds.
