María Soledad Lapido, escribana (notary public), mainly works in the Notarial/ Real Estate Department and also in the Corporate and Banking Department. Her practice includes an active participation in leasings, security interests and real estate. She is member of the Association of Notaries of Uruguay (Asociación de Escribanos del Uruguay) and currently she is member of the Notary Controls, Mortgages and Pledges, Factoring and New Legislation Commission (Comisión de Contralores Notariales, Garantías Reales, Factoring y Nueva Legislación) of the abovementioned association.
