Soyung advises energy and utility issuers and investment banks in a range of debt and equity financings.

Soyung’s practice focuses on debt and equity financings, including common stock offerings, registered debt offerings, 4(a)(2) private placements, Rule 144A/Regulation S debt offerings, first-mortgage bond offerings, municipal debt offerings, hybrid securities offerings and establishment of “at-the-market” equity programs. She also counsels clients on security offerings and financing transactions and has experience advising clients on corporate governance and reporting matters.
