Stan serves as a senior investigator for the firm.

Located in Richmond, he is a firmwide resource for managing and conducting both domestic and international investigations for Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP and its clients.

Stan has 27 years of experience with the FBI and served as the Executive Secretary (Director) of the Virginia Charitable Gaming Commission (2000-2003).

Relevant Experience

  • Investigative experience in all criminal matters, with an emphasis in white collar and financial crimes, con artists, advance fee schemes, civil rights, bank fraud and embezzlement, theft of proprietary information, extortion, and undercover operations.
  • Supervised state agency responsible for regulating a gaming industry, generating over $350,000,000 annually, having the primary mission of maintaining the integrity of the industry through the elimination of fraud and abuse.
  • Extensive training and application of interview and interrogation techniques.
  • Specialty training in conducting EEO investigations.
