Profile
Susan is a senior associate at Consortium Legal Honduras. She has experience in the corporate, civil and labor areas.
During her professional career, she has excelled as an officer of the Labor Court, and legal adviser of the Honduran Telecommunications Company. She advised the constitution and reform of mercantile companies, and their legalization in the country; she has also an extensive experience in the subscription of all types of civil and commercial contracts such as opening of credit line with pledge or mortgage, supply, loans, sale and transfer of shares. In labor matters, she has implemented internal processes to impose disciplinary sanctions on employees such as suspensions or justified dismissals, and their defense in Labor Courts.
