Suzanne M. Johnson is a senior counsel in the Corporate Finance Practice Group of Dykema. Her practice is focused on automotive, information technology, and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Johnson’s current practice is dedicated to a large automaker, counseling on commercial transactions and strategic relationships, cloud services and connected vehicle technologies. She also provides legal support for the automaker’s world-wide service arrangements.
Ms. Johnson is a former Dykema associate, having joined the Firm’s Business Law Practice Group after earning her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and federal and state securities law compliance. In private practice she counseled medium and Fortune 500 companies on commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, international privacy laws, ethics and compliance, as well as corporate restructuring, governance and information security. Prior to practicing law, she worked as a surety bond underwriter.
