Extensive track record acting for industry clients in relation to development approvals given by the Planning and Environment Court, including:

• Del Ray, 72 two- and three-bedroom residential apartments (14 storeys) in Coolangatta.
• Gold Coast International Marine Precinct, a declared coordinated project on the Coomera River for the expansion of the existing marine precinct to accommodate production facilities, suppliers, and service industries.
• Kirra Point, a mixed-use development which includes luxury apartments, a laneway retail precinct, food and beverage outlets, luxury hotel, and the reinvention of the Kirra Beach Hotel.
• Novella Waters, 280 residential lots, situated on 59ha riverfront site on the Coomera River.
• Sea Glass, 35 ultra-premium luxury apartments (24 storeys) in Broadbeach.
• Tricare Bayview, 154 bed aged care facility in Runaway Bay.
