Tara Kern has extensive experience handling a broad range of civil litigation matters, including tort actions, premises liability, commercial liability, construction liability, and trucking liability. She also has experience defending complex, multi-party tort actions against electric utility providers throughout Texas.

Further, Tara has experience defending corporations in appellate matters pending before the Third Court of Appeals and Texas Supreme Court. Specifically, Tara was lead appellate counsel and fully briefed arguments in a case regarding the special appearance of a nonresident corporation before the Texas Supreme Court: See: Frank Luciano and Helene Luciano v.
