Profile
Torben Beck Johansson's practice is focused on commercial dispute resolution, construction law and liability for contaminated land. He represents clients concerning commercial disputes in court and arbitration proceedings. Regarding construction law, Torben advises employers as well as contractors throughout the entire construction procedure - from procurement and contract drafting to dispute resolution. Concerning contaminated land, he primarily investigates liability for remediation, conducts due diligences and assists in liability disputes. Torben has previously served as a law clerk.
