Trenton Patterson is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He represents corporate clients in every phase of litigation — from inception to final disposition — and in various industries, including oil and gas, construction, real estate, and healthcare. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in several matters involving contract disputes, mineral rights, data breaches, fraud and construction defects. Trenton partners with clients to identify all risks and chart a path towards reaching the best possible outcomes.

As a litigator with a distinguished motion practice and trial experience, Trenton has a strong record of securing favorable rulings and judgments in both state and federal courts. He also has a notable record of negotiating favorable settlements on behalf of clients across Texas and the U.S. Trenton’s goal is to always give clients peace of mind so that their personal lives and business operations can proceed without fear of the future.
