Ursula Zavala specializes in environmental law, water resources and sanitation.
She counsels natural resources companies and other companies in general on analysis and compliance with environmental obligations in the stages of planning, development, operation and closing of operations.
Ursula has extensive experience in developing large projects, and investments funds. She assists multilateral agencies in the legal aspects of the carbon market and climate change, as well as the drafting and negotiation of contracts for the purchase of greenhouse gases emission reductions.
