Profile
Veronica Sattler leads our Public Services Regulation, Antitrust, Energy and Infrastructure areas.
She counsels companies in energy, transportation infrastructure for public use and sanitation sectors, on regulatory and legal matters, on negotiation of concession contracts with the Peruvian government and on legal design of private initiatives for the development of infrastructures.
Likewise, she counsels on negotiating contracts for projects financing with financial entities and on merger & acquisitions processes of companies belonging to regulated sectors.
She assists concession holding companies before the regulatory or granting authorities, and sponsors regulated companies in administrative processes. She participates in the preparation of regulatory projects in regulated sectors.
Veronica has been director of PetroPero, and has taught Projects finance and Regulatory management course at prestigious universities and recognized as an expert advisor on public infrastructure and public services regulation aspects, having ample experience in the matter, developing large infrastructure projects.
