Profile
Vicente Lloret has taken part in numerous restructuring processes at corporate groups, sale and purchase transactions, tax planning, etc.
He joined the Tax Law Department at Garrigues’ Valencia office in 1991, before transferring to the Alicante office, where he was named Associate in 1996. In 1997, he opened the Murcia office, where he is in charge of operations. He made Partner in 2003.
He specializes in tax planning, corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, family business successions and reorganizations.
Vicente is a member of the Murcia Bar Association, the Murcia Regional Economists’ Association and the Cartagena Bar Association.
