Vy Tran is an Attorney in the Firm’s Orange County office and a member of the Litigation practice group. Ms. Tran’s practice focuses on trust and estate litigation, as well as general business litigation. Ms. Tran has experience representing multigenerational families, celebrities, and high-net-worth individuals on estate planning, trust and estate administration, and estate and gift tax planning matters. Ms. Tran also has prior experience handling all phases of litigation, including legal research, drafting of discovery and pleadings, and trial preparation.

In law school, she was a law clerk for Bet Tzedek’s Summer for Justice Clerkship Program, where she represented individuals before the Internal Revenue Services and California Franchise Tax Board.
