Profile
Ms. Guo has been practicing with Han Kun since 2016. Ms. Guo has represented clients in a number of merger filing cases. She also assists multinational corporations in responding to anti-monopoly investigations initiated by China's competition authorities. In addition, she provides legal services including legal research, drafting legal documents, and corporate compliance.

Ms. Guo graduated with an LL.B. in 2014 from the China University of Political Science and Law, where she then obtained an LL.M. in 2016.
