Aušra Abraitytė is an associate with professional experience in advising clients on a broad spectrum of corporate law matters, from various day-to-day business activities to complex M&A transactions.

She has gained professional experience in structuring various types of business agreements, resolving issues of relations between shareholders, shareholders, and management of companies, as well as providing clients with legal assistance in conduction of local/cross-border spin-offs & mergers and implementation of other projects related to the structural change and conversion of legal entities. The Associate actively contributes to advising startups’ community and foreign investors on entering the Lithuanian market and related incentives, as well as advises a significant number of non-governmental organizations, associations, public establishments, and charity and sponsorship foundations on a wide range of legal, organizational management and structure issues.

In addition to her professional specialization in corporate law, Aušra has legal experience in the conduction of bankruptcy proceedings and assistance in insolvency law matters.
