Barry Knoetze is a Consultant at ENS in the Tax practice. 

Barry specialises in Employment Tax and Individual Tax matters.

His experience includes advising on all employment tax matters, ranging from interactions with SARS, the structuring of remuneration packages in a tax efficient manner, and advising clients on the appropriate tax treatment of payments and benefits provided to employees.

In addition, Barry is also experienced in cost to company conversions, due diligence exercises and voluntary disclosure submissions to SARS as well as advising on expatriate assignments and the tax treatment of cross border employment.  Over the years, he has advised clients in the financial services, mining, tertiary education and other sectors.

Barry is a registered Chartered Tax Advisor with the South African Institute of Taxation.
