Bart is an experienced and driven lawyer in the field of corporate law. Bart advises Dutch and foreign companies and investors on national and international mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships and (dis)investments.

After working for eight years at another prominent law firm where he specialised in corporate law, Bart worked for two years as Head of Legal at a listed IT company. This experience enables him in particular to put himself in the client’s shoes and to see the bigger picture.

The combination with a keen eye for detail, in-depth knowledge of corporate law and a pragmatic approach makes Bart a valued sparring partner for complex legal issues and projects. He is also a go-getter who works well in multidisciplinary teams.

Education
Bart studied Dutch law (cum laude) at Maastricht University and graduated cum laude from the postgraduate Grotius specialisation course in Company & Business in 2020.
