Profile
I am known by my clients for delivering a practical, strategically insightful and efficient approach to resolving disputes in any commercial context. My unique skill set and background has enabled me to work with clients on high value and technically complex matters, especially within the land valuation, manufacturing, engineering and franchising sectors. Another key aspect of my practice is working with Victorian Government departments and agencies on private and public law matters.
I pride myself on providing commercial and practical dispute management advice to my clients. I am known for my calm, solutions-focused approach to litigation, often in technically difficult or complex settings.
I am experienced in acting for clients in high profile and strategically important litigation matters, as well as in a variety of smaller scale disputes. In all cases, I focus on delivering clients commercially sensible and effective outcomes.
In 2016, I was recognised in the Doyle's Guide of Australian Litigation & Dispute Resolution Rising Stars.
