• Advised the syndicate of senior lenders on the $1.52billion acquisition by certain funds managed by the Blackstone Group of Sydney CBD officers towers from Scentre Group
• Advised the mandated lead arrangers on the AUD900 million financing of the acquisition by Blackstone of interests in Grosvenor Place
• Advised Qualitas on the establishment of its Build-to-Rent Impact Fund (Australia's first dedicated BTR debt platform), including the cornerstone commitment from the Clean Energy Finance Corporation
• Advised a joint venture between Starwood Capital and Arrow Property Investments on $350million senior syndicated facilities and mezzanine facilities for the acquisition of the Zenith Centre, Chatswood
