His practice is focused on labor matters, advising national and international companies on matters related to employee hiring and termination processes, defense in labor litigation, collective negotiations, and structuring and implementation of short, medium and long-term compensation and incentive schemes, including stock incentive plans, panthom units and golden parachutes. Additionally, he has experience in the labor aspects of corporate restructuring processes, including M&A and due diligence.
